Alpine Riding Tours & A-Ride Rentals – Rental Agreement and Policies

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following rental agreement terms and conditions:

  • A-Rides are rented out clean and in proper working condition and must be returned in the same manner.
  • Helmets and protective equipment are included in the rental, and are requires to be worn at all times while riding A-Rides rented from Alpine Riding Ltd. If a customer is seen riding the rental A-Ride without a helmet, they will immediately have to return the A-Ride with no refund.
  • A-Rides are maintained on a daily basis. It is the responsibility of the client to check the A-Ride at the store BEFORE setting out on any ride.

Customer agrees to return the A-Ride in a clean, UNDAMAGED condition to avoid any ADDITIONAL charges for repair, maintenance or replacement. Customer accepts use of the equipment, AS IS, in good condition and accepts full responsibility for care of the equipment while under his/her possession. Damaged parts or components will be repaired/replaced at the shop’s discretion and customer agrees to pay regular shop rates and retail prices for components replaced. Clean condition means normal wear and tear is accepted but does not include broken spokes, rims, bent rims, damaged frames, handlebars, or other parts from misuse and/or crashes. Note: All A-Rides should be returned clean of mud and debris. Any A-Ride not returned clean will be assessed a 1 hour additional fee. Hourly and Daily rentals are due back 15 minutes before closing time. Late returns are subject to fees.

Customer agrees to provide Alpine Riding Ltd. with credit card details, for precautionary use only:

I authorize Alpine Riding Ltd. to charge the credit card that you have on file for me for all eventual costs in case of damages to the A-Ride(s) during my rental period, comprehensive of labour, except in the case that I can demonstrate other’s faults with evidence and all necessary information for reimbursement. In case of theft, I will be responsible for reimbursing Alpine Riding Ltd for the original price of the A-Ride(s), plus the cost of any accessories that were provided at the time of the A-Ride rental.

Alpine Riding Refund Policy

Returns (for A-Ride purchases)

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds on Tours

If you require a refund on an Alpine Riding tour, you must cancel the tour at least 24 hours before the tour is scheduled to run.

If you require a refund on an Alpine Riding tour and it’s 24 hours or less, before the tour is scheduled to run, the cancelation must be due to severe weather or a serious medical emergency.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds on Products Purchased

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
